Tonya M. Davis, MBA, is a visionary healthcare executive and founder of 5th Dimensional Consulting, specializing in healthcare quality improvement and operational excellence initiatives. Currently leading HRSA’s Cancer Screening Quality Enhancement program, she brings over two decades of experience transforming healthcare operations and enhancing care delivery.
 
A Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and Lean Six Sigma expert, Tonya has consistently delivered remarkable results, including award-winning workforce development programs and significant improvements in patient care access. Her executive experience spans major institutions, including Johns Hopkins Medicine, Robert Wood Johnson Barnabas Health System, and the University of Maryland Medical Center’s Greenebaum Cancer Center.
 
Tonya serves on multiple Non-Profit Boards and holds an MBA from Loyola University. Her data-driven approach and commitment to healthcare excellence make her a recognized leader in healthcare transformation.
